Gender democracy in eLearning

Great title, isn't it?

At the moment I'm preparing a workshop to Gender Mainstreaming in eLearning together with a very nice colleague who works in an institution "Counsel for men".

It's the third workshop.
  1. In the first workshop a trainer team tried to sensitize us - university professors - for eLearning and I reported from some experience for promoting women in lifelong learning training which a high amount of eLearning.
  2. In the second workshop the same trainer team discussed with us what had changed in our work based on the experiences of the first workshop - and it was a lot! E.g. my colleague "gendered" the whole learning platform. The we analised results of our project according to gender - and we developed a long feedback.
  3. In this third workshop we will look at our learning material and our concepts with "gender glasses". It will be very exciting.

  2. Maxim of Quantity: Information - Grundsatz der Quantität: Information
